Homage paid to late Prof Pramod Khandai

Chandikol, (TKC) ): The tribute meeting held on the 12th death anniversary of late Pramod Kumar Khandai of Kshetrapal village was attended by former minister& Badachana MLA Shri Amar Prasad Satpathi mother of Dharmashala MLA Smt. Minati sahu , Dainik Pariyogveer and Editor in chief of PARYABEKHYAK & THE KALINGA CHRONICLE Dr. Pabitra Mohan Samantaray, Principal of Bishnu Samantaray College sri Pabitra Mahala, former Principal Brajsunder Nayak, Dr Satyabrat Prusti ,Dr. Biswanath Das, Former principal of Baba Bhairabananda Mahavidyalay Dr. Kedarnath Das, Prof.Saleela nandan Mohanty, Advocate Debraj Behera, Prof. of Nrusingh Chaudhary College Jajpur Dr. Biswajeet Mahapatra, Life Insurance corporation, Cuttack Divisional Manager Santosh Samantraya, Vice Chancellor of Odisha Health University Professor Dr Manas Ranjan Sahu, journalists Shivprasad Sahu, Mohan Khilar and other dignitaries were present and paid their respects. In the memorial meeting held under the auspices of senior journalist Abhimanyu Dhal, two souvenirs in the memory of the late Prof Khandai were unveiled by the guests. It is to be noted that the late Khandai was working as a professor of sociology at Bishnu Samantraya College, Nuahat. Before retiring in June, he suffered a heart attack while participating in a college program at on May 3.

The late Prof Khandai is survived by his wife Smt. Bivasini Khandai, son Dr P.B. Sanjog Kumar, brothers Devendra and Prashant, Pradipta ,sister Jyotsnamayi, sisters-in-laws snehalata khandai,geetanjali khandai,shiloprava senapati,brothers-in-law Santiram jena ,nephews, daughters-in-law, nieces,sons-in-laws, grand childrens , relatives and villagers were present.
